Hi,
My name is Selina and i'm new to the boards. I was just wondering if anybody else was having problems with estradiol in terms of side effects. I started taking estradiol when I was 18 and im 26 now but recently within the past two years i've been off and on them because of other issues. I started having severe panic attacks after starting them again so I stopped them again and took a lower dosage and i've noticed a correlation when I start and stop which is interesting because I never had panic attacks from taking them before and i've been on much higher dosages especially when I first started transitioning. It is disconcerting because I dont want to stop taking them but I feel like I may have to because the anxiety and occassional spontaneous panic is just too much at times. I'm better at handling them and they are not as debilitating as before but it is still a problem because I have that heightened anxiety. Anyway, any input or similar experiences would be helpful
Thanks

Going off and on Estradiol is not good. I never had anxiety when I went back on. Talk to your Dr he/she may change doseage or put you on another med just for the anxiety
