The Greek Transgender Association informed us that sex workers living with HIV are facing prosecution. The police with the help of Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (KEEL), are prosecuting sex workers on charges of intentionally causing grievous bodily harm, a felony. After the prosecution, they post in newspapers and online the photographs of them with their full names.

I think it is not bad in general.
If someone know that he have HIV and didn't say about it sexual partners it is same as shoot them to back.
It should be punished public.
Also burglars should be known by public.

I think we have had cases taken through court of HIV carriers being charged with GBH so the Greeks aren't doing anything unusual unless they are only doing it to TGs.

I think the way I look at it, its not really a bad thing, that they are doing some thing about it, but saying that, also, we don't know the full situation of why they are working in the sex trade, and with AIDS, are they, do they feel forced into working, ? I think those could well be vulnerable people, and if they are going to prosecute anyone, it should be the people pushing them into continuing to have sex in the first place. I.E their pimps. Pretty much mixed circumstances, I am sure not everyone working with AIDS chooses to do so because they 'love' infecting people on purpose, I don't buy that at all.
