i am 3 years post op, after my surgery.... i hv to get admitted in hospital after 2 months again coz vaginal fistula. dosctor treated it but wound wasnt healing up. doctor discouraged me so much... dat i stopped doing dailation and was very disturbed coz urine started passing through vaginal hole...now i am so tired i also want to be with somebody wanna hv sex too but wen someone tried to do something i get shy and dont allow to do anything.... please guide me how and what to do to get my depth back...and what are the risks and complications

Might be able to regain some with dilation under anesthesia, but a gynecological reconstructive surgeon would probably be the best local choice to get things fixed up again, assuming the urethral fistula isn't part of the problem, in which case a urological surgeon would be the first step.
