Title: Quick make-ups

So I don't have any real privacy, except for when my stepdad works late a couple nights a week. And I'm sure I'm not the only one. Last time I had the chance, I bought some nail polish- something to wear under my socks, so I know it, but no one else does, right? But I got scared that someone might see if I took off my socks (to clip my nails for instance), forgetting about the color, so I had to remove it. But without remover, that took forever...
I was wondering if anyone had tips or ideas on quick make-up application- stuff that can go on or off kinda quickly.
For example, I'd like to paint my nails, but I can't spend an hour to put them on just to wear them painted for a few hours, then an hour to remove them (I really should get remover). So I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on that?
I'm thinking put tape on my nails, then paint the tape- take off the tape, and I'm a "boy" again in a few seconds.
