Title: How long should I expect to take to develop a good voice?

After watching countless videos and training my voice for singing, I feel like I know what to do as far as developing my voice.
All I need now is practice.
So, having done the knowledge part, would it be realistic to say that I could do it in about two months?
Is practice really that big part of it? Or is it more on technique?
