www.bodybuilding.com (http://www.bodybuilding.com) is a great site for looking up exercises that target certain areas.

All of my exercises are done from home without gym equipment (aside from dumbells). I normally go on Youtube.com to target certain areas of the body and rotate the routine. And after 2-4 weeks of the same rotation, i would go back on youtube and look for a different routine/position. Check it out.

There are some good ideas here too. It is a sticky on this subforum:

There are lots of ideas.

Thinking about these myself. I am a total skinny arms (upper and lower). My legs are a tad better as I used to hike before I got planar faciatis. But there are ideas for everything. It's all basically no equipment, except a chin bar and weights. I seriously doubt I could do anything with the chin bar, but I have weights.

My FTM friend recommends boxing for these areas.

Hey mate, unfortunately you can't target fat loss. Doing cardio exercises will help you trim fat from your whole body though (stuff like running, cycling, swimming, etc). Jason mentioned bodybuilding.com which is a great site, muscleandstrength.com is another one to check out.

For building strength, bench press and deadlifts are 2 key exercises. If you're lacking equipment, just using your own weight in pull ups and push ups can work as well. But just explore around for routines on those 2 sites and find something you can stick with. You get out what you put in.
