IDK about that but you need to update your avatar. Maybe use that pic, it definitely looks more male even in face shape.

Have you tried The GIMP? It's free for the PC and does a lot of what photoshop does.

I also envy your hands. I saw a kid the other day who was maybe fourteen, and even he had bigger hands than mine. I've gained at least half a glove size (my old gloves don't fit anymore), but that's paltry. Your hands already look large.
