as the muscles shrink from spiro what do you feel like? I am having truoble with muscle soreness again. Some twitching and tighting. some of this is from a past ingery but it seems to be getting more frenquent. i think i am trying to do the same thing that I have in the past but it seems that I may be straining to do it. Pulling, pushing, and so forth is harder for me at work. I have figured out the lifting part but the other things not so much.

I do rely a lot more on power tools and leverage now then ever before. After an afternoon of auto repairs, ie: brakes all around, the next day I am sore all over.
As far as twitches go I am more susceptible to cramping. Part of it is dietary. I need my Cal-Mag-Zinc. With a potential for excess potassium from spiro you may also need the same. Dehydration can also cause a lot of my cramps now. My wife used to call me a camel. I used to be able to go forever w/o water. No so these days. I'll be up all night with leg cramps and dancing around all evening with foot cramps from being dehydrated

I bruise easier. Anyone notice that?
Noticed muscle loss about 2 years ago from other meds that acted as an AA. It got worse when I was self medicating, and now it's kind of just in limbo until the prescription comes through. Doing work on the truck is more difficult, and had to use a long handle cheater bar to loosen some bolts.

@JoanneB, You gave me advise about leverage in my last topic on lifting that really help me, thanks. The cramping part, is it like a tightening feeling? The only word I have for it like a charlie horse feeling in my left leg and foot.
@kathy b, Yes, I bruise easier also. In fact I have a big bruise on the inner thigh closer to my knee. I had no idea where it came from. But as big as it was it looked new and old so I was thinking it would have to be from something I was doing repetitively so I watched for what was causing it. I was using my inner thigh for support to pull something. banging it up against something over and over at work. It is starting to go away now. Cheater bar :) I know all about that.
@Sabine, Most all of what I do is fiscal labor to me my body is to tone it aids in my male appears in my mind but I do get complaments. One new guy after he got to know me told me he thought I was just a fiscally fit woman. He said he was thinking "dam! don't mess that woman she will kick your a**." The body builder guy likes my muscle tone and wishes he had it except the being a woman thing he said. He is encouraging me to keep it up even though I think it looks to male he don't think so. He said it was normal for a female body builder to have the tone and the veins in there arms and not to worry so much about it.
@ everyone falling my posts, Yes, the same guy I have posted about be for. Don't laugh. :)

cramps in legs are due to calcium deficiency or potassum excess.
cut out some of the acid fruit and fruit drinks and eat bread and cheese.
