Title: Anyone have experience with androgel?

I talked to the doctor and everything. However I'm just kinda worried about whether or not it will transfer to my girl when we're intimate (because of sweat)? And also it rubbing off on my clothing? Best places to apply and when? I know what the doctor has said, the packets say, and all the difference of opinions elsewhere. Just like to hear from experienced trans brothers.

I've been on it for three months now. I can safely say that it's given me some decent results for the amount of time I've been on. Let's see...I apply on upper arms, shoulders, and my stomach. 5 minutes of drying is usually enough, with maybe a bit of stickiness. If I have time, I sit around for about ten minutes and then you don't even know it's there until you shower it off.
As for intimacy...I wore a t-shirt during sex because of dysphoria, which would pretty much eliminate the chance of transfer (according to the Androgel box and site). But you can wash it off after like 8 hours (has never affected my levels when I do), so if you only have sex at night, you could shower before and then there are no worries at all.
My only complaint is that I am forgetful with it.

I have been on Androgel for 4 years. For the most part I apply it in the morning and wear a t shirt over it. No transfer if it is covered; that is what the insert says for men with children and significant others to prevent transfer. Wash your hands.
A guy I know (married) applies it in the morning before work, then showers when he gets home with his wife, and that works for them. Maybe something similar would work with your schedule.
The gel should be on for at least 6 hrs before washing it off, though, so keep that in mind.

What about sweating a lot before the six hours? Or wearing a binder/bra?

My (cis) male partner is also on Androgel. Due to a variety of endocrine issues he sweats like crazy. It's not an issue that I'm aware of. Your binder/shirt will keep it off your partner. Read the package insert; if there are any concerns about sweating it should be in there. I don't recall it being a problem (ie sweating it off). A binder/bra isn't that different than a tee shirt.
If you are shirtless and sweating and near your partner, then yes that could be an issue for her.

Anybody have issues with diarrhea their first day? Not really diarrhea but I've just had poopy problems twice or so today - I never have problems, could be completely unrelated to androgel though. Sorry if TMI

The first couple of days I didn't have diarrhea but I did feel "off." Almost nauseated. I think it was just a short adjustment period.
