I came home two nights ago from work and my son told me that he got his paycheck and his mom took him to get new shoes. She let him hold onto an hundred for himself. He was extremely happy and wanted to take me out to see the new bat man movie that same night. I took him to see the new spider-man a week or so before this at the time lottie had left with the three younger kids and said she was not coming back. I did not think she would care seeing how she left him there with me all of this time but she did care so much that when we returned from the movie(it was 3 in the morning, late movie). long story short it was used to through me out of the house. Her boyfriend said he was not scared of me. LOl. why should he be a foot taller and manly. I on the other hand am down 135 and muscle structure is still changing. basically he would be fighting a woman but treating me as if I were a man. He said I have an ass whoppen coming from him. I don't fight, I call the police now. lol. I told lottie that today she said she would lie and tell the police that I threw the first punch.

I am so sorry to hear that. It was very immature how your ex is handling this, throwing you out of the house at 3am after spending a night with your son. Did you find somewhere else safe to stay? That is really important, and if did try not to let her know where. Clearly that is not a safe place for you anymore, go back with someone, if she tries to deny you access to your property in anyway, call the police, she can't do that too you and it adds more security for yourself.

I'm very sorry. People can be so selfish, ignorant and evil, which really is just a malicious type of stupidity (evil). you are stronger than me I think.

Do you own your home or is it rented? there must be an easier way of working this situation out between the three of you. If your wife has a boyfriend your relationship with her is over and if you own your own house the house should be sold and the money split between you and your wife, if it's rented one of you should find other accommodation. But in the meantime no one should be put out on the street. It sounds like a horrible situation for you and I hope things work out in the end.

I'm ok now. She is moving again with her new boyfriend. I think things are getting better. I made a new friend at work last night. I'm not doing my normal job this week which is nice for a change. The 5's committee that l am on is remodeling. I've been drawing pictures of tools on a pegboard and shadowing them. :-)
