Hi

I want to keep this clean so was wondering how much shrinkage will/does occur with HRT for a MtF?

From all the posts I can see all the other benefits which look fantastic but not much about this.

My issue is that I would give Dirk Diggler a run for his money and the thought or capability of trying to conceal it worries me. Men normally don't have issues with it being too large.

Any feedback on this sensitive subject would be appreciated but please keep it above the belt if possible...

I have not had much even after orchidectomy.  And I don't touch it.

I've had a lot of testicular atrophy, however, I can't say how much of that is actual reduction in testicle size and how much of it is due to the fluid around my testicles that remained after a badly done  hydrocele repair having gone away - either way I'd say I've had somewhere between a 50%-75% reduction in overall size. As far as my penis is concerned, it seems that it has permanently gone in to 'cold weather mode' rather than had any real reduction in size - so it appears to be smaller, but I'm not convinced it really is.

From what info I could gather, oscar mayer's size never goes down, just stays well hidden. To put a naughty example: Usually I have a pretty good standard size. Physical exercise on the gym compresses it that much  that after one sesion I ended believing I had some sort of micropenis and was pulling from it to make it look bigger before anybody else entered the showers. Fun part is that it happens for everybody there.

Slight shrinkage at best in my case. But everyone reacts different to HRT.

Hi I haven't been on HRT long but, it seemed to shrink really quickly. Not that it got used anyway. Quite positive really !

For me there was some shrinkage at first when I was a skinny chick, but over the years with weight gain things return to the former state down there..

After 6months
It appears very small
When erected
I think it lost some lenght

And iam very happy about this
