Two hockey dads donned dresses and other women's clothing yesterday for a stroll on downtown Portage Avenue to keep their end of a wager they made with their 11-year-old sons on a minor peewee hockey team.
CHAMPIONSHIP
Last fall, Richard Jubinville and Tim Foulds told the boys if their Norwood Falcons were to win the Winnipeg A2 championship, they would dress in drag for a mid-afternoon walk on the busy thoroughfare.
Guess which team won?
