Question. Pre SRS my E level was 600 and my T was immeasurable <20. I was on hormones for over a year. So, why must I lower my E dose post op if my T was already nothing prior to surgery? I understand that a lower dosage works because there is less T to overcome, but does this principle apply to those with immeasurable T levels prior to surgery as well?
