Title: Ghost Discrimination
Post by: GQjoey on September 01, 2012, 06:10:38 AM
I'm pretty much stealth, been on T 5 years, lead a pretty A/B type lifestyle.  I got this job a few months back, and got a position with Wells Fargo, through this temp agency.
Just so happened, the chick hiring, was one of my gf's old party buddies, she asked for a 7 yr check, which I probably should of just left it alone, but I didn't...I was honest, and told her I had a name change 8+ yrs ago.....
Then proceeded to be an idiot, and ask her if she remembered my gf (which she did), and I got the job...

Fast forward, 5 months later, the chick that hired me, her (best friend) works for us too, and I have BLATANT evidence, that this girl randomly "knows about me". It's like, she's tried to hide it, but has such a fat mouth, and her "friend" who HIRED ME, through this Agency, has told her, my old name.
I honestly don't give a F^&(! I'm 5 yrs on T, with a full beard, and an amazing GF, but, I want to know what I can do, legally?
I live in the state of MN.

document everything in case they try to wrongfully dismiss based on background check information.
