dude, go take a pregnancy test if you're so freaked out about it and don't double post again. you already got a bunch of responses last time. There's a 99.99999999999% chance you're not okay? Sperm don't like that long outside the body and even then most get destroyed by fluids on the vaginal walls. that's why..

First, why do you think there was sperm on the handle?

Second, You had your period.  And while there have been reports of women have their periods while pregnant, the chance of it happening are very remote.

Third, I know you are worried and there is not much I can say to reassure you.  But I very seriously doubt you are pregnant. Like Kyle said get some pregnancy tests and just check.

Was it wet?  All that means is there was something on the handle.  And if it was on the outside, I doubt it was semen.  More likely water.

Google is not the greatest place to get information about the bleeding.  Your friend is misinformed.  Have the doctor preform a pregnancy test.  They can do it by blood and urine.

If worse comes to worse, wait till your next period. 

I know you are very scared.  But if it comes down to it, there is always an abortion.  I don't know how you feel about that, but it is an option.

Yes I would say you are safe now.  But that would relieve your mind.  In the mean time try the in home pregnancy tests.

As mentioned, sperm cannot survive outside of the human body unless it is handled properly at a sperm bank

Most likely some jerk spit on the door handle as a prank, some people are jerks like that

Take a pregnancy test. Though, I don't know why I'm giving advice to someone I feel is just "pulling our leg"

I dont know if you got OCD or just are very scared.
here is what helped for me.

1. Informate yourself, even if you have to learn the same things 100 of times do it, it helps on the nervs.
2. relax. in caise you fear is OCD or just very extremly then its best to be somewhere quiet or peacefull so you can get time to focus on your problam alone and get a sulotion to it, getting over a fear, whatever its spiders or highs, is not easy and cost alot of energy, + you need to be able to controll yourself. so do it while your not busy and try keep your focus there for a long time.

3. you can talk to a psycologisk or anything like that about it, I didnt because the people I knew where pretty bad, but if you find someone you trust and who is nice to talk to you could do that.

p.s. if your nevous take a pregnacy test it helps. I do that at times even when im all sure its not nessesarry, but if its still worrys me a bit then its easy to claim down after you done it. if your are on any kinds of medications or anything where you make blood test, regulary you could ask your doctor to test things like STD or prenacys as well if there not already doing it.
