Title: California - Love and Hate

Got back home to California last night after four days of driving. It is good. Stopped in Tahoe to put my feet up and relax for an hour, then had lunch and headed over the pass into the valley. How bad can traffic get? It was stop-and-go for people heading into the mountains on Hwy 50 for more than 20 miles. Glad I was going the other way. Hate the traffic and crowds, but love the mountains, ocean and weather. Going to Half Moon Bay and SF today.
More serious stuff. My wife gave me a big hug and kiss when I walked in so I'm glad she is still by my side. But really anxious about the next appointment with the Psychiatrist/GT on Wednesday, and there's a few things that came up emotionally that are going to be hard to explain. Have to accept what's going to happen I guess, no matter what that might be. It's been two months between actual face-to-face visits to any of my doctors, and one of the first things I'm asking about is a full blood work up again. Something just doesn't feel right, but can't put my finger on it. Could just be fatique, but that's another reason why anxiety is raised a bit.

Will be in SF all day tomorrow to hang out with my daughter who lives there...we are gonna do some museum hopping...should be lots of fun!

Thanks Michelle. Been staying offline until today. After 4 days at home I can honestly say I do love California weather, and scenery. Going back to Yosemite in a few weeks for a couple nights, just to relax, do some hiking, and try and work off some weight by riding bikes all over the valley.
