Quiet legislative session in Austin has pluses, minuses for LGBT community (http://www.dallasvoice.com/artman/publish/article_5316.php)
No news is both good news and bad news for the LGBT community when it comes to the Texas Legis-lature's 80th General Session, according to Equality Texas.

"It's frustrating," said Paul Scott, executive director of Equality Texas.
