Title: Transgender in State: Foreign Service Bidding and Transgender DADT

For anyone in the U.S. federal government, this post from my personal web journal may be of interest.  The title is Foreign Service Bidding and Transgender "Don't Ask, Don't Tell."  It describes what it is like to be bidding on my next overseas assignment with the State Department in light of the fact that I transitioned MtF in 2011 --
