Title: T cream - question?

Hey everybody, I've not posted here in a long time!
I started T cream on the 19th, so that's cool. :) My question is: How much longer does it take for changes to happen on cream than on injections? I'm on a low dose, less than half of what I understand an "average" dose to be. (My doctor wanted me on a low dose for the first 2 months to adjust my body?) It's been a week and a half and I've not noticed any changes. My doctor says I shouldn't for 2 months. I don't mean to be impatient, but this seems like a long time. Thoughts?

I'm not on T, but I know people who are. Regardless of cream or injection, it could be a couple months esp at a partial dose. Cream is slower anyway but you will eventually get there. I know a couple guys who transitioned totally on cream and have never injected. I think the YMWV is applicable here.

Its different for everyone. I'm on injections and noticed changes around the 1.5 month mark, but most changes started hitting around 3 months in. Some doctors do prefer a lower dose as the body adjusts and to find the right dose to keep your levels in check.

Hey man, I'm on T cream (normal dose I believe) don't let it stress you about the changes. It is much slower than injections. I'm 2 months in and haven't had drastic changes. To be honest the changes are happening where I don't even realize them too much. I think my hair on my legs thickened a little and my voice dropped slightly. (Its in that awkward stage now). Our bodies will take their own course and personally on cream it feels more natural the changes. I say don't stress it you just started, once your body adjusts it will all smooth out from there

I've been on the cream for almost a year and I doubt I'll ever switch to injections. I'm still not convinced that cream works that much slower. Maybe if you're one of those people whose skin doesn't absorb the cream that well, but really there shouldn't be much difference once you get your T levels into the male range.
My guess is your doctor said you wouldn't notice anything for 2 months because you're on the lower dose for that amount of time. I had some significant changes in the first few months and I was only in the low male range when I got my T levels checked.

Cool, thanks guys! I suspect I'll still be impatient, but I feel reassured now. :)
