Title: forgot my hormone patch

Ok so I haven't been on here for a while, been kinda busy and stuff. :/

But I kinda need some opinions, It's been like 4 maybe 5 days where I haven't had my patch on, I completely forgot to put it on and didn't eve check.

Do you think this will affect my hormone balance or cause any problems. I don't want my hormone levels jumping up and down and causing medical issues.

Just need some advice thanks :-)

Just put a new one on when you can.

No worries Erin; won't really make a difference... would take much longer than that without one. I know how you feel though; first couple of times I forgot to take my estradiol I flipped
