Hi friends  :)

It's official, I finally bought my first pair of real woman's boots on sale  :)  I couldn't believe it!!! They had my size and they were already discounted plus I got an extra 25% off and the most shocking part... They are a style I like  :)

My credit card cried in agony "No no no!!! Don't do it!!! You'll hate yourself and just have to send them back!!! Well, they arrived today and fit great and I love them  :)


Any of you have boots? What style? How do you Like them?

cuz I got a beautiful pair of boots. The shaft is cut so that it stacks above the foot, makes me look like an alien creature.

I love those boots!!
I would like them more with a 3" heel but even without heels they're to die for.

I only have one pair of boots right now & can't afford any for a while which is a shame because i've seen a gorgeous pair of brown cowgirl style boots with 3" heels.

I love boots, course the kind I want are not very feminine :P

They do have an inch and a half heal which is plenty enough for someone tall like me  :)  I'm on a rather restrictive budget myself and can only afford a treat on occasion so I wait for the best deal I can find  :)  It was just luck this sale came about a couple of days before my birthday  :) 

I'm stuck with a combination of a very limited budget & size 10 (UK) feet, as soon as you go past size 9 the choice dwindles & the price skyrockets!!

Oh yes!!! Ankle boots are so cute and sexy  :)   There was a pair to die for that I wanted really badly but I was too slow and they'd sold out quicker than anything

Going against the grain here, I know :) but as a tomboy, I would totally have ordered these in a flash, all the way across the Atlantic - but they don't come in my size... :(

Loved boots from the time I was old enough to buy my own shoes.  One advantage to Tasmania's climate, a large national shoe chain send all their excess stock at the end of winter to their Hobart store.  Result? Big Sale.   :)  We can wear boots all year around here. So suffer all you Mainlanders.  ;)

Boots or wellies?

Actually saw a pair of snakeskin pattern cowboy boot style gumboots the other day. Ultimate in bad taste with their pointy toes and heels.  :-\ 

I love all boots with a heel.
They just look so good and so many girl wear them during winter or cold snaps.
I can't wait to get some when the time comes. I just need some courage or find some that fit.
I am sure I will get a big collection of them.

Shame winter is over and summers heat waves are almost upon us in OZ.
Also I like ruby slippers, If I could only click my heels together three times and make a wish....

Are these Dr. Martens to die for or what?


They're actually men's shoes, but they look pretty fem. to me  :)  They're on sale along with a bunch of other cool boots and shoes at HauteLook.com right now, but I've already busted my budget for the month  :P

As much as I would like to get fashionable clothes, I don't think I'll ever buy any boots besides combat boots.

I am very active and I don't think I'll be able to wear anything else. Plus, never wear something you can't fight in.  Never know when you'll need to defend yourself.  ::)

I love boots, though I hardly have any. I have rainboots, fancy ankle boots with a slight heel, and worker boots when I feel like looking more masculine. Plus, they look like they could hurt people if I kick them.

I'm a big lover of boots, I love then with heels but usually keep them for going out. I wear boots to work without high heels as they are comfy for longer. I was going to take a picture of my collection of boots but got a shock. Who the heck has been buying so many pairs of boots and putting them in my wardrobe? It's a conspiracy I tell you. A conspiracy!

In my earlier post I moaned about not being able to find reasonable priced shoes/boots in my size.
I saw an ad on TV yesterday & went searching online, to my suprise they had 17 shoes & ankle boots to choose from at high street prices in size 10 (& most of them are to die for).

Would I be breaching the TOS for putting a link to this website for others who are struggling to find nice shoes in size 10?

What I've been doing is giving the name of the place, such as shoes.com, zappos, shoebuy, shoemall, etc. That way if people want to look the company(s) up they can

The website i've found is Deichman, they go up to size 10 & don't charge any more than a normal high st shop, i've found 5 pairs of wedges, shoes & ankle boots that I want!!

I've done many searches for size 10 retailers & this has never come up before, I don't know if it's new or i've just overlooked it, I hope they expand their range

I too love boots and on a recent visit to Adelaide I spent a fruitless but wonderful day with Cindy looking for a new pair of boots. We visited 10 shops in all, but just couldn't find a pair to fit me. The problem is I need a C Fitting, not a B fitting. I love shoes in general.

I have a few pairs of boots, but I want to get ones with lower heels (since all my boots are from my super girl mode days and 4 inch heels just don't cut it for me anymore).

I bought a pair of shoes from Modcloth and I love them, so I am thinking of getting more. (I bought these (http://www.modcloth.com/shop/shoes-heels/few-steps-forward-heel-in-cognac) for work, they're now my favorite female shoes and I am going to get them in black. . . when I am slightly less poor that is).
