Don't get a medium sized packer! (5.5 inches) UNLESS you want to look like you have a permanent erection lol
I didn't want to get anything "small" and so I like an idiot went with a medium mr softie. If you're thinkin of getting a large one then good luck with that!

Yeah I wondered if they should be calling the 3 1/2 inch a "small" (I have seen it as a extra small. What are they thinking?) They should go by the Starbucks rule. "There are no small $4 coffees and no small dicks". The 3 1/2 inch is a large. Of course then they'd have to think of names for the 5 1/2-6 inch (super grande, family pack :), "is that a pistol in your pocket or are you just glad to see me?") and if it is a soft packer whatever were they thinking??
RM makes an 8 inch. It is not really a soft packer but still-- nobody is that size.
(I understand that condom makers will call small ones "tights" or something.)

3 1/2" should, imho, be called "normal." Or, "regular."
5" could be called "good to go!" size...
Nearly every man will boast of this, whether true or not. And if it's not true...then he buys a BIG truck and puts chrome doo-dahs on it to compensate... ;D

When I first started packing, I ordered a 3.5 and a 5.5. I put the large one in my jeans for about twelve seconds. Sucker was so big that I had to coil it up like a snake.
I gave the 5.5 to a friend who is six feet tall and big. I guess I gifted him with a venti.

haha thats to bad stewie but the limpy 3.5" tends to make people look like then have a boner too. it doesn't on me unless im wearing boxers and gym shorts then it can look like a boner so i make sure to wear boxer briefs on gym days. i normally wear an elastic harness and boxers or boxer briefs.
a good packer is the sailor 4" it sits very nicely and there isnt a learning curve like with a 3.5" limpy.

For a while, I used the smallest Good Vibes pack--I guess it was the sailor pack--and liked it because the texture seemed right. Then something started to happen that changed things for me. I guess it was further weight loss...now the sailor seems a bit too large and stiff, so I haven't worn it in a couple of years. And I'd be afraid to pack with it while I'm wearing anything but Levi's. Even Dockers tend to show bulges in a bit more relief than I like.

medium mr. limpy works great for me. i use the basic packing jock from toolshedtoys.com with it and it looks perfect imo.

Since losing 41 pounds, (about 18.5 kg), all of my pants are large enough on me that I don't need to pack and even if I do, it isn't visible. It has certainly helped, since I always worried that I had a perma-hard on look walking around. Especially since teenage girls would look at me and giggle (granted, it could have been any number of other things they were giggling and blushing at). My packer is the small peecock, so it was never particularly firm. At this point though, I'm not sure I will go back to packing until I get a better one. I was thinking about a 3.5". Granted, from the time I spent covertly looking at men's crotches for just how visible it was, I rarely saw anything noticible in the states. Here all the young guys wear cups to give them elephant bulge, which is not something I am in the market for. Now that I am a little older, I realize my first packer looked like that - a giant snake curled up in my underwear.
I will say that I think the husband always found it funny to watch me adjust my crotch a million times before leaving the house, and the one time I had to adjust in public, he told me unlocked a man-chievement. Always good to try and find something fun about socially awkward situations.

I'm living in Osaka, Japan currently. Husband has a teaching job, so we have a three year stint here. Tight pants + cup = really, really hard for anyone to not notice. Its only the young guys though, in the 18-24 range, I'd say. Though, I did see a fifty something guy in tight leather pants. All I could do was nod my head and think "Not bad, man. We gots a badass over here."

I second that they should call the 3 - 3.5" size NORMAL, cause yeah ... Honestly when I first started looking at packers I was like WTF is this? These are all HUGE! I mean, talk about drawing attention to oneself. I understand that there's some that are actually "pack n play" but even then I think one would only pack with it if they were going off to "play" lol.
I have one of those cheap $12 pink ones. It's fine because I don't wear boxers and it's actually not extremely far off from the real thing on the squeeze and weight factor. The "balls" are pretty useless not being 3D. Balls are what actually give you the bulk of your package size ... that is if you don't have a 5" soft dick or a boner. But all in all the packer is pretty spot on for normal size.
