I'm only a teenager so the only thing I can do is cross dress Female to Male. Luckily I consider my face somewhat gender neutral and I have no problems with binding due to having a small chest. The only problem is finding perfect sized male pants. I'm only 5'1-3 and I wear a size 0. Can anyone give me advice or have a nice FTM conversion? If this info helps my hips/thighs/legs are more on the feminine side ):. I know I could always tailor them, but that costs money and my parents are already against me buying apparel that make me appear as a male (They don't know that I'm intentionally cross dressing).

Waist measurement and inseam is how most men's clothiers are designed.
