Hello, I have joined this site to pretty much meet other people who are going through similar stuff as I am. I'm a MtF Transgender, Genderqueer person (who is also Pansexual, in case anyone cared) who is young. I have fallen under the trans* identity for about a year now, and I've had a lot of trouble expressing myself and coming out to those. I would be happier if people saw me as a girl or at least androgynous. I will not do any transitioning until I'm out of high school, and while a lot of trans* people I know say that "you gotta start HRT early on or else you'll be screwed", well then call me screwed then. I want to be out for a while and develop various other things before any kind of full-time serious medical transformation. I right now am in and have been in a social transition, a personality and expression transition, and a weight transition, to get myself all straightened out with society and my apperence, that way, once I start to be seen as female, things won't go down so hard for me.
I have told my mother, and a few friends about who I am. I have hinted off towards other people of various different gender things, but most people think I'm some kind of fetishy-crossdresser, which I'm not. I have tried to come out to people before as Trans, but I had a strom to deal with from others that I just ended up backing down from any thought of transitioning. I want to transition to the point to where I can look at myself and have people treat me in a manner I will be comfortable like.
Other than the transgender stuff, here is some information about me. I'm my school's anime club president, and my favorite anime is Welcome to the NHK, or Angel Beats. I like to follow fashion, particularly cosplay, steam-punk, alternative, and gothic types of styles and clothing. My music tastes range from everything, but my favorite bands and artists include Serj Tankian, Rammstein, ASP, and Diablo Swing Orchestra. Some of my favorite games include Disgaea, LoZ Pokemon, and Kingdom Hearts. I do have tastes in a lot of historical stuff, I've even considered making my full time job as a History Teacher. I'm somewhat of a nerdy person, but everyone has some nerdy interests!
