The size of the penis? And by size I mean that the one I have is too small to fit between my legs and stay there. Its usually about an inch long, sometimes it shrinks down to about half an inch, sometimes it can stretch out and get all flabby at two inches, but it always goes back to being this short fat stub thing.  As a result, I always have a little tubular lump that either lays vertically down, or worse when it shrinks to half an inch, looks like I have a roll of quarters in my underwear.
And then to make matters worse, about 4 times out of ten I'll get an erection then it bends upwards no matter what. It just sucks. Because I hate erections and wet dreams and yet I'm still having them despite HRT. Any help here? 

And as for the testicles, I still haven't been able to push them into that cavity and have them actually stay up there. They just fall back down. And when they are up there, you can see them as just two giant lumps above the base of the penis. So instead, I've been pushing the whole ball sack back between my legs. It tends to stay there with underwear on. But them sometimes, it spills out of one of the legs of the underwear and is so annoying and can sometimes be painful.

My solution is about to involve a circular saw. (Kidding of course, but this is frustrating)

It was for me, just doing it with tight undies didn't work well at all. So I started taping and feel much better about being secure and not having to worry about things moving around. Some don't like it due to the potential discomfort of removing the tape at some point, but I usually stay taped for a few days at a time with no issues before having to replace it. I rarely sweat too, so that helps a lot and I keeps things hairless as well.

Glad, though sorry of course, to hear that others share my problem. I will give tape a try. Would waterproof medical tape be best? Will duck tape actually work?

I wouldn't use duct tape.  Medical tape is what I use and I order it online. I like medipore, but its not cheap, but durapore and even micropore are good too.  I order three inch wide tape to make it easier for me.  But to see if its something you want to do, just get some medical tape from a drugstore and try it without spending too much money. I doubt they have the wide, but you can still secure things with 1 inch tape too.

Are you able to use the bathroom when taped?

I don't tape over the very end. And using three inch wide tape, I can use one piece down one side, then another on the other side, holds thing there and leaves the end uncovered. I don't run any tape beyond the end. It may leave a tad more bump than completely covering things, but better that than have to redo every time you have to go.

Yup... I have the same problem. It's crap. I hate what's between my legs for sooo many reasons.

well I have a micro penis and I have decided that i would be wearing boy shorts (underwear for women that would be considered a feminine version of boxer briefs) and I tried a pair of those and they are better at hiding things you don't want to see, but beyond that i can offer no help.

Have you tried a gaff? They're a little uncomfortable, but not as much as tape is. They're basically panties that are stronger material. Tuck before you put them on and you'll stay tucked.

I can't tape due to being very physically active and sweaty, so I experimented with other methods. All of them work.

-Ok, I know that this one is going to sound stupid, but I use bike shorts, the tightest things this side of the River Styx.  :laugh: There are pairs that are designed to go underneath pants.

-Try wearing TWO sets of panties, tight panties.

-If the problem still nags you, just stay away from tight-fitting pants. Skirts are your best friends for hiding your unmentionables.  :)

panty girdles and control top panty hose also work.

I use a tube sock and panty hose.

Its kind of very hard to explain in text basically I took a pair of panty hose cut the top portion off that goes around your waste just under the elastic part. Then I cut the top portion of a tube sock off. place the top portion of the panty hose that you cut off in between the tube sock that you cut off. Then I basically tuck them back and pull up the panty hose with the sock. Wears like a thong kind of.

Then for final touch wear a tight panty boy short style.
