Title: Let us be careful over the holidays

The Holiday season can always be terrible for many of us. We can be very lonely. We can miss our family, our children, our friends.
We can sit and look at a window and feel bad.

We can be suicidal.

We may go for it.

We can have a few drinks and then say F this I've had enough.

But don't.

You are worth more than that. You are family.

Let us know.

We will help and the help lines are on the announcement pages.

I love you.

Never forget that.

Cindy is right. We are family and we look out and care for our family members. We are unique and special to all who know and love us.
