Hello,
This is my first post on the forum but I have been on the chat for a while now. I'm pre transition and after thinking about it for a long time I've decided I want to get things going and start HRT right away. From what I've found out my best option seems to be getting a referral to a private clinic from my therapist so I can get diagnosed and prescriptions with a couple of sessions if I find the right doctor. I really don't want to go through the NHS even though I'm not at all well off.
I was wondering if anyone could recommend any Doctors who don't gatekeep unnecessarily. I've already had a recommendation for Dr Michael Perring in London but I'd like to see if there's any closer to home. I'm from Yorkshire.
Thanks in advance

Dr Curtis (also London) says on his site RLE is not normally necessary for hormones, while Dr Perring says it normally is. So that might be relevant regarding gatekeeping.
