Title: My penis prosthetic questions/concerns
Post by: bluntedAlways on January 03, 2013, 02:25:43 PM
Alright so am posting this to see if anybody else feels the same way i do?? Or if anybody has any advice for what am feeling?
I have just started T about 3 months ago and my hormones are going wild!!! I have been with my girlfriend for the past 3 years!! She is also going Threw everything that comes along with it...... So all my life i have been packing! I have had no problems with the devices and meterial i have been using up until NOW!!!!!!
I have been really feeling that i cant use those straps and other prosthetics out there! I feel that there to fake looking and dont feel real enough! That if am going to use something to bang my lady that i really really need something close to being real!!! For instance a reelmagik prosthetic. Well recently i have finally purchased one for this reason!! I would of had it sooner but as everybody knows those things dont come cheap!! I refuse to have sex with my girl for that reason. It just dont feel real enough for me.  I just wanted to know if theres anyone else that feels the same way i do?? And has actually stopped having sex with the partners for this reason???? Please respond if you know what am talking about! Thanks

It is an understandable and legitamite reason I suppose. But for me I always took into consideration how my partner feels as well. They have needs and desires as well and while I might feel that that it is not the same as a "real one" I still need to fulfill their needs as well. It's a partnership, both must provide for the other. To me, it was more than just simple intercourse with a recreated impliment. There is a connection that moves the two of you. I feel that if a mere prosthetic is keeping the two of you from connecting properly, perhaps there are other issues that need to be dealt with, chemical or otherwise. At least, that is my opinion.

I think I know how you feel. Im not on T yet and I dont even have a girlfriend but I dont want to do anything sexual until I get a reelmagik either for the same reason.

Before the days of being post op and of recently being single, I would say that I understood where you are coming from.
I didnt wanna use anything that wasnt a part of me. I felt stupid and to me, it felt demeaning to have to use something (this was just a mental hurdle for me though, as I can understand how others can overcome this and enjoy using things).
As for considering my partner, thankfully she hated the thought of using something. We tried it once, and then we ditched it straight away. It brought none of us pleasure.
Being intimate with hands, mouths and genitals brought the best and the closest pleasure.

One thing to remember, too, is that there are a lot of cis guys out there with tiny dicks.  I've met a few.  There are online support groups for them.  There are people who fetish-ize guys with small dicks.

So I suck it up and deal the way any guy would.  I got dealt a lousy hand, I have a micro dick, and it is what it is.  If it feels good, for it!  So if you need a prosthetic that looks more realistic in order to get into the moment, get one.  And keep in mind that in the dim light it all will look better.  :)

Well I'll join you in the dysphoria corner. I think in some ways it's worse than top dysphoria at times. I feel you can wear a shirt for sex and that would be ok.

Lol..you guys put a smile on my face.. :D. Really glad that am not the only one with this problem. Its just sucks going threw what we have to deal with on a daily basis. Its really putting a damper on my relationship tho. To the point where we have not had sex for about 3 months do to my "problem". But luckily my girl is trying to understand how i feel about this whole situation. And being on T, am not sure if its helping the situation either?? T is really messing with my emotions. Not sure if its going to get better or worse?? I just started 3 months ago and still on a low dose...any suggestions?? Does it get better from here??

Though I didn't at first, I've come to accept the idea of using a prosthetic.(but not having it be the only option, variety is good.) But it doesn't surprise me that you feel that way. It's quite understandable, and it sucks. I hope the reelmagik gives you what you're looking for.

This is exactly what I think about too when I get down about it, helps a lot.
