 my gf and her freinds insist that i am hansome in a cute puppy way, but they also say i am sexy, which is confusing to me as i have never seen myself as either of those weather thats from dysphoria or not i can't say  has this happened, or does it happen to you guys ???

I think women compliment those they love. It's a habit for them. You're still having changes with T so they might be trying to make you feel better, especially if you're always getting down on yourself.

Yeah, I get called cute every once in awhile or when I don't shave I get told I look like an Ewok. I just say "appreciate it" and keep doing whatever it is I was doing at the time.

Well I have never called a guy cute, but I have heard other women call either a man or a woman "cute"

I think it might depend on ruggedness overall vs whether you get called cute or sexy for a guy

I think also its an age thing as well, like women can still be called cute , then it becomes sexy, then beautiful , then when your older its elegant beauty.

That was a strange assessment, lol. I'm almost certain the ones in that photo are male ewoks. There is a distinct female one in "Return of the Jedi" but I am far too lazy to go find or screen capture a pic of her.  :P

i've been called cute, 'reasonably attractive', hot by my ex while we were dating, handsome by my mom, and sexy in a sarcastic way. im that awkward semi charismatic oddball kid.

I just get called "cute", "sexy", "hot", sometimes "beautiful" or "pretty" which oddly I hate most times, but if they say "beautiful trans man" it doesn't bother me for some reason. I only get called handsome by my partner, despite having tried to come out to friends and very select few relatives I can trust not to generate a bunch of hate and possibly even dangerous situations in my direction.

Cute and sexy can definitely go together. I get both from time to time. I can see myself being cute, but getting called 'hot' really throws me for a loop. The possibility of someone being attracted to me confuses me. :P

I got called 'handsome' the other day too. I think she was trying to humor me.

I get called cute quite a bit by various people but I think it's mostly directed towards my goofy personality and not my gender because I'm not out to everyone. My finacee calls me handsome all the time but I think it might be because I asked her to use that instead of beautiful (that was a request I made before I even knew what "Trans" was... interesting). She also calls me sexy and gorgeous but I think she's biased and just trying to amp up my confidence.

I get called cute a lot simply because I've got a very timid personality.
