Title: San Antonio Gender Alliance
Post by: Shang on January 20, 2013, 07:56:00 PM
San Antonio Gender Alliance (http://www.sagender.org/)

"Our twice-monthly SAGA meeting takes place on the first and third Thursdays of the month. The meeting starts at 6:00pm and usually lasts until 9:00pm. Stragglers welcome! Meeting takes place in downstairs social hall at MCC Church located at 611 East Myrtle near the 281 & I35 interchange."

I discovered this group on the 17th of January about 9 am.  The meeting happened to be that evening at 6 pm.  I went to it and this is a fantastic group of people!  Everyone is welcome, including friends, family members, and people just interested in learning more about trans* folks.

I've always been wanting to go. Really it is just a place to meet other trans people, right?

It's just a group of about 20 people that get together.  Anyone's welcome, but it is geared towards trans* people.  The next meeting is tomorrow and I suggest going. :)  It's a lot of fun! ^^

The meeting starts at 6 pm and ends about 9 pm though being a little late or leaving early is all right, too. ^^
