Title: Missed another change of comming out?
Post by: sylvannus on January 27, 2013, 02:35:57 AM
On Friday a colleague invited me to visit her home. When she randomly asked me what was the time, I gave her my mobile phone and she saw my photo on the screen. It was a photo was taken near the Glenelg beach (Adelaide) when I was in a wig and a long skirt with makeup.

However, at that time she showed such a strong interest that I was scared and decided not to come out...

Finally after half an hour's gabbling she became firmly believing that I have got a girlfriend in Australia in secret although I swore to her it was absolutely not this case . But I am still not sure if I have made a mistake not coming out.

It sounds like either you needed a little more time or you weren't mentally prepared to have that conversation. There's nothing wrong with that at all! Eventually you will find the right time...

...especially now that the thought is probably swirling round and round in your head!

Good luck, dear :D

this happens to me all the time. i wouldn't worry about it. it's not a race, after all!! there will be more opportunities to come out. there's no right time, so you dont have to feel like you made a mistake. remember, you're in charge!! and hopefully when the time comes you'll be more prepared to tell her, now that you're thinking about it! best of luck :^)
