Alright I just have a question for those in the United States as to how much money do you think you spend a month for T, and then also how much it spent for your top surgery. I currently have my name changed by the court and I have around a thousand dollars while awaiting for my letter for T. So my question is rather or not I need to have more money in order to get T or if I should just go on to get T.

It all depends on your insurance and what method of T you use. I take injections and they're the cheapest. I pay $96 for a vial that lasts me 7 months. Patches, gels, and creams costs a lot more and especially without insurance that will cover them.
Top surgery depends on what surgeon you go to but it's generally between 6 and 8 grand.
Then there is the Endo to get your T and the cost of blood work. That varies doctor to doctor and if you have insurance to cover the visits and labs.
A grand should be plenty to start T though.

I do injections every 2 weeks. It costs me $60 for 5 months. That includes supplies.
My last endo visit was a copay of $40. Without insurance I think it would be around $200 for an office visit. Blood tests depend on where I go. I can now do a free yearly CBC, CMP, FLP, UA with my insurance. My endo doesn't monitor my T levels anymore (3 years on T) unless necessary; that cost about $30-40 at a local discount lab shop. Looking at a couple hundred otherwise.
My therapist has a copay of $40 a visit as well. I think she charges $120 without insurance. Just including this out of relevance to T (for me).
My top surgery cost $7k including pre-op stuff, flight, hotel, rental car and gas, food, the surgery itself, and all post-op stuff. I went to Garramone in FL and had a DI before his prices went up further.
