Title: There are TWO Important Things About G.R.S.

While it's true that a skilled surgeon is a very important part of anyone's G.R.S., you SHOYULD NOT forget reciovery and aftercare.
Trust me, bad rehab can do as much damage as a failed procedure.

While you are so right and I think most here will readily agree with you, I would also like you to describe what motivated you to say this.
