Since quite a number of people here said their New Year's Resolution was to loose weight or get fit, I figured nows the time to see how everyone's been doing?
I just finished the first 30 days of that workout program I've been doing, and yay! happiness! ;D I've lost an inch on my waist, another inch on my hips, 3/4 inches on my abductors, 1/4 inch on both thighs, unfortunately my chest is the same size (boobs go away!), and I've gained 1/4 inch on my biceps. I am also one pound lighter, but I am not too concerned with the weight.
I feel great, and since it does so many squats and pliets (or however you spell that) my thighs are so much stronger that it has greatly improved my yoga, I can now confindently do the Brave Warrior pose, and my Half Moon is isn't so bad anymore. I am now trying to work on the Bird of Paradise pose.
I think I would've had a bit more progress if I had heavier weights, but I decided to save up for the selectech weights since overall it would be more economical and save space. I saved up enough and ordered them a few days ago from Walmart (they are a hundred bucks cheaper than any place else, and I couldn't find any used pairs), and should be here Wednesday. So, the next two months of this program should be more challenging now that I can go up in weight.
I hope everyone else is happy and that you guys are reaching your goals. :)

I'm not measuring, but I'm taking photos and weighing once a month. Since January? Six pounds and I don't look like I'm nine months pregnant anymore! And less like a deflated tire since my pecs are standing out. Wow, I looked really crappy. Can't wait to see what next month looks like. :D

I haven't worked out any... but I feel like I could stand to get around to doing it eventually. I moved to WA about a month ago to live with my boyfriend; he's a (health nut) vegetarian and cooks all the foods, so I have gone on a mostly vegetarian/healthy diet since I've been here. I think I've lost about six pounds in a month. It's all come from my chest and my ass. I'm okay with the first, but I'm going to miss my butt. ):
