Post by: lawliver on February 11, 2013, 05:34:07 PM
I've been searching for an endo for a little over 3 months, and i've been very much out of luck.
I live in maryland, and i have kaiser for insurance and need to see a doctor that accepts that. i posted on here once before, and got no answers. if anyone could help me i would really appreciate it.  :icon_userfriendly:

Hi, Google turns up a lot of endocrinologists in Maryland, is the issue that they don't take your insurance, or that they don't accept transgender patients? We have members from your area, hopefully someone will be able to help you. Hugs, Devlyn

it's not so much that they don't take my insurance, but more that they don't accept new patients or don't accept transgender folk.

it didn't really give me any specifics, nor did i see anything about an endo in there, but i appreciate the link. i guess i just have to do some deep digging. I've emailed my primary care physician to see if she knows of any.
