I've just had my first implant fitted, and have been told I will get a testosterone surge for the first 8-10 days, till the over stimulation shuts down production. Should I expect anything, or is it just too short a time to really have an effect? I don't really think it will make me overly aggressive, but I've been a T free zone for 16 Months!

Since I never had such a drug myself I'm guessing the effects of this will depend on how much you expect testosterone to do. Expect the possibility of annoying things like morning erections. There shouldn't be long term effects of this, key word shouldn't.
