So, my wife asked me to see if anyone else is has had this happen to them --- curious to see if it's T related or not

So whenever I get aroused I begin to feel some discomfort.  If I have an orgasm I nearly nearly puke from the pain.  It has gotten progressively worse since I started T ... my doctor did the progressive increase of T.  Then I have spasms, cramping and pain for 2-3 hours after.

So anyone else had this happen to them?

No.  My orgasms are the same, if not better than before.  There were variations as things down there grew, and I learned newer ways to play. But never any pain.

no not at all. i would see a doctor. when it was growing downstairs it was a bit tender but thats all.

I had that pre T but after awhile on T it went away.

I can exactly feel when  it's growing but it doesn't hurt. Sex became much more intense but in a good way, nothing painful. I had similar once or twice that you described, like a boner that seems like lasts forever xD

That doesn't sound normal to me.  The explanation which I can think of -- which could be entirely wrong because I'm definitely not a medical professional -- would be that your foreskin/sheath/whatever you want to call it is too tight, and when you get aroused your dick gets trapped and squashed.  It would only make sense if the pain is "outside" rather than in your innards though.

I once had a period where orgasm kinda felt bad, like it was too owerwelming, I think alot of transfolks have tried something like that, however I dont think the puke or spasm thing is normal.

nope, the only time i get any kinda pain from sex is when my girl is in a teasing mood and makes me wait, even then its more like  slight discomfort

Yeah, you really need to talk to a professional because that is not normal. I had extreme pain after orgasm before my hysto. They said it was due to a "rolling ovary". It was all one lipid cell tumor which threw it off balance and it would twist on itself.

Yes my doctor is fully aware ... we were just curious if it was T related or not ... she has seen many patients and I seem to be her worse problem child .. she can't even get my shark week to stop and I am on my max dosage of T (my levels are just barely under the normal high range) and I am on Depo-Provera as well.  I have PCOS too ... my doctor just isn't confident that a hysto will resolve the problem.

I'm not sure where the pain you're describing is coming from - is it coming from your "little guy" or your abdomen (like period cramps) or both?

If it's abdominal cramping after orgasm, it happens to me sometimes.  I've never experienced any pain elsewhere.

Nope, never had anything like that. That sounds worrying.

I hope that a hysto fixes it for you.

I sometimes get some slight cramping in my guts after orgasm, but nothing painful. I just noticed it the other day but I've been on T for years now, so I doubt it's related. I've probably always had it a little bit from time to time.

I occasionally get terrible cramps in my lower stomach, like period cramps but amplified. It hasn't happened in several months, but when it did it always happened at night.

I've never had pain during sex or after orgasm though. That sounds terrible. I hope you guys figure out what's going on.
