Title: readiness assesment

Yaaay I now have a psychiatrist and a psychologist  for grs assessment

I thought it would be hard where I live. .but it all fell together

I'm scared though I don't know why....

Don't worry about feeling scared.  I don't know many people who look forward to surgery even if they need to have it done or desire the cosmetic results of the procedure.  In fact, I think it's weird not to feel a little scared.  Having said this, if this is the path you want and you feel comfortable with your surgeon, then don't worry about it so much.

I meant I am scared to open up to the psychs

Oh..... duh me  :D

Well, in that case, still don't worry about it.  Just be yourself and be honest.  They are there to help.  In the end if this is what you want, it will all work out in your favor.
