That sucks. The only thing I can think of is to start mis gendering her.
Sorry. :-/

You can't control what she does, only what you do.

You have the option of limiting contact with her. That has the dual benefit both of limiting her opportunities to misgender you as well as make very clear that this is not a joking matter as far as you're concerned.

You may find that you need to temporarily cut her out of your life until she outgrows her lack of regard for your feelings.

I'm sorry your sister isn't being very understanding.  If possible, try to talk to her and let her know how much this is hurting you.  It's one thing to request usage of a particular pronoun and then give them a learning period.  But it's a whole other thing when they don't even make an attempt at respecting your feelings.  You have to let her know the extent of her hurtful actions.  If she still can't accept that, you may have to reduce contact with her until she does.  You can't let someone continue to hurt your feelings.  Either she starts to respect your feelings or you take action to feel better about yourself.

Wishing you lots of luck.

Yeah, for your own peace of mind, it would be good to keep interactions/contact with her away from the internet, where it can be seen by everyone. Honestly, I don't understand what's so hard about calling a girl by her girl name, and referring to her as a girl... It doesn't take being a rocket scientist to make the switch IF you're willing. Obviously, she's doing it on purpose. If she wasn't doing it to be malicious, she'd at least correct herself when realizing it, or shy away from using any pronouns with you at all.

:S

Me, I'm the kind of person that would tell her that if she can't at least try to adapt to it, then she can f off.
