Title: readiness assesment

I now have my psychiatrist and psychologist arranged
Starting next month!!!! Wpath here I come!!
But I am worried all full of self doubt. Maybe one won't think
I'm gid enough....
I'm seeing them for the two letters I need..
Soo worried. .
What do they do?? Ask me question after question??
Been so long since I was in front of a psychiatrist.
Last tine was back in the day's of the vgh gender clinic
Starting next month!!!! Wpath here I come!!

Hey Christine, you need to see them to write you the letters saying you're ready for SRS right?

Well, typically you see the therapist first... through the hormone letter and the RLE. Once that therapist gives you the SRS letter, she sends a copy to the pyschiatrist (or PhD level psychologist) whom you probably see only one time for the second letter.

Umm no ....I'm in canada British Columbia.
We don't need letter for hormones . Its start at your own will.
I will gradually slide into rle as facial hair is being lasered...
So in about 4 months maybe. My employer is a friend he will
Write out my letter stating I have been in opposite gender role...
So no I'm goinng to get my letters but i want to be in psychotherapy
For at least a year ...
Wow Transiton takes a life of its own...going faster than I realized!!

Each back to back...I don't know why I'm a little worried .

I geuss telling a strange man my most inner secrets that I never
Even shared with my mom..
Oh two of them hahaa...
Upside is there js a registered nurse that has an apilus machine
With mtf hair experience....
Transition requires lots of running around!!!
