Title: Keeping a young face

I need some advice on how I can keep my face and its skin young. I've always looked young for my age and that used to be a bit of an embarrassment for me because I've always felt that people didn't took me seriously because of that. For that reason I have always felt and still feel reluctant to mention my age (It's ok here, I'm 25). However I'm mid-20s and my body has changed of course and my face, while still young, isn't the same as a couple of years ago. I don't like that my face is bit by bit beginning to look more like that of a grown up man. I need some advice on this cause for a long time I never really noticed an ageing change.

Moisturize. Moisturize. Moisturize.
Stay out of the sun and use sunscreen when you are in the sun.
And don't smoke.

Estrogen and/or Retinol A cream. Limit alcohol, limit refined carbs and sun and don't smoke.

I don't know about estrogen creams, isn't that prescribed and for women only and for those who want to transition?

Sorry, I meant estrogen i.e. HRT. One does not need to transition to be on estrogen. Some are on low doses and never transition.

^This. Retin A is the best. I use it everynight now and my skin is looking so much better. That could be the estradiol too though.

You are smart to take very good care of your face early in life. I'm in my mid 50's & it's time for a facelift,...

I got mine from a dermatologist. But it's available from Amazon.

Exfoliate, moisturize, wear sunscreen and wash your face before you go to bed. Also, don't sleep on your face, and change your pillowcase regularly.
