Title: Injection question

I've been on T for over 1.5 years now.. 2 years in July. I inject in my buttocks but every time I've injected since I started, a little bit of the T comes out of the IM site after I pull the needle out. I just feel like this is T that is being wasted. Is this normal or am I injecting incorrectly?

My gf does a Z track technique to prevent that from happening but not sure how easy that will be for you if you're injecting yourself in the glute.
