Title: Pregnancy?
Post by: Pogopopez on May 20, 2013, 10:25:23 PM
Hello there.

My gf and I have been having sex unprotected for some time. We don't mind having a baby right now, we want to do it before it is impossible. She has been taking estrogen for 2.5 years and (i know this is personal) but cumming inside me for the past few days. I am in a fertile time right now (right after my period) and I was wondering if it was possible, even though she is on E to become pregnant. Thank you for your feedback. :))

you don't need to bump the thread after 12 MINUETS.

and no, it's not likely that she will be able to be viable fertility wise, especially after years on hormone therapy.

It's very unlikely that you can become pregnant because of how long she has been on hormones.  It's likely that ship has sailed.  If she were to get off of hormones, she may have a chance of becoming fertile again, but that is very unlikely. I'm assuming she has also been on an anti androgen as well. To be honest, if you are hoping to have a biological child, it's going to be pretty difficult.

Having said that, there are many ways for you to have children.  If she stored sperm, then you could go the insemination route. Also, adoption is a wonderful option and there are so many children out there in need of a loving home.

Understand you're feeling angry and frustrated. You obviously feel you need this now. That's understandable.

Is it possible you could find another source for insemination? Perhaps informally?

It seems unlikely, but I do wish you luck.

I would suggest that consulting a fertility clinic would be a priority to see what options you both have. Otherwise you are operating from no knowledge of what your chances are.

I would suggest you speak to the doctor next time your gf needs a script. For surely there is a test to see whether the output is viable for pregnancy to be possible
