Title: How do you deal with the hard parts of transition

I don't normally post topics like this but I don't know where to turn. I'm so depressed and sad of late. I feel like life is not worth living. Why do I feel like I will never find a partner in my life. Never have what I desire so much and that's children. I want to be a mother so badly.
I found someone who I thought really liked me but instead they keep avoided me. I'm I that bad to be around. I never felt this strongly about someone . I'm in so much pain and I don't know how to stop it.
Can i ask everyone how do you deal with the bad parts of transition? How do you find positives in life?
Thanks for reading

First of all - *hugs* live is definitely worth living, so don't give up on us yet!
The best way to get through the rough parts of transition is to take it one day at a time. Find little things to make you happy, and focus on those for a while (books, music, video games, whatever). Maybe this person isn't avoiding you, and they've just had a busy couple of days? Whenever I think that somebody had been avoiding me it usually turns out that they just haven't had time.
Hang in there, if it does turn out that this person isn't for you then there is always somebody else.

I think you need a positive spirit more than anything. I'm not sure where to get one, but it certainly helps to have an outlook on life that fits somewhere between 'rosy' and 'exuberant.'
Which I guess is like telling you that 'to be successful, you must become successful', but I'm not sure how else to go about it. If you strive to maintain a positive attitude, I think at the least that attitude will become real - and it will help uplift the rest of your life in the process.
Don't worry about tomorrow; tomorrow will worry about itself.

Thank you Zoe and Anne so much. Your both helped a lot.. I think I struggle with taking one day at a time. I'm always focused on the big picture. I'm a pretty anxious person in general and I kind of worry about 10 things at once.
Some times I just fall into a negative pattern that i find hard to get out off. Need to find more of that positive energy

they are right. one day at a time and positive (fun/funny) people to be around you. it also helps to have a healthy outlet (rather your trans or not) to get those angry or bad feelings out. i like cycling, skydiving paint ball with the kids, basketball, volleyball. really anything fun. this is stuff that can help

Well, if you have encountered my melt down on the board this past weekend, I'm sure you've seen that I can relate, lol.
Seriously, everyone above is right. Positivity is the best thing. It's easy to say things like "I'll never be accepted or now one will ever love me", but that isn't true and also harmful to your transition. Just because things didn't work out with one person doesn't mean you won't find someone else. Keep up your confidence and eventually you'll meet this person. Lots of us girls find love in our lives. While it sucks to be waiting for it to come along (believe me I know), you won't always be alone. Also, it's always possible to have children and a family like any other couple. I myself hope to be a mother and have a husband in the future. Yeah, I will need to adopt, but that doesn't make my future child less special or beautiful in my eyes. So, don't let the child issue get to you. You can always have a family.
