Hello,
I am on the HRT for almost 6 months now. The first 3 months, my doctor prescribed the E in the pills form, then now i am on the injection. I am also taking the blocker as well.  My development went well as expected. My question is after 2 year on HRT (that is where the breasts normally take to reach to maximum level), do i still need the E & blocker pills anymore?
Any advices will be greatly appreciate it.

Its a lifetime experience, you will be on estrogen the rest of your life.  Your development will continue for many years (at a slower rate).

My medical student friend would like to add an opinion.

Quotewell now the simple answer is that HRT is for life not just for xmas! - the slightly longer answer is that if after 2 years you have had surgery then the blockers will no longer be required - however the estrogen is then doubly important as without it you get brittle bones and can end up horribly crippled. The even longer answer is that whoever told you that breasts only took 2 years to develop is a moron - medically speaking - just as it takes about 5 to 10 years for a women to fully complete her development - so you breast will also go on for around that time - which is why it is seldom a good idea to have breast augmentation in the first 5 years because there is a very good chance that if you do you will end up overdeveloped. This is not a game for the impatient to play. Further best development is obtained by slow and steady treatment at the recommended dosage that your doctor prescribes rather than trying to force the lock and taking mega doses which won't do you any good, and indeed could harm you

Depends. New eh? E yes but "blocker pills" not so sure. After 6 "non-op" years on Casodex and valerate (injections) I completely stopped HRT approx 1 year ago and now find myself in a state of demasculinized "nirvana" . . .

With no body hair regrowth, permanate 'A' sized slim figure and non-receding hair once again growing longer I suspect "T" levels remain low and am once again considering "E", if not for other obvious reasons, then pure health and SURVIVAL !?

Just watched the movie "Orlando" again (from the public library no less!) and, interesting to note, it was NOT a dress that she eventually wound up in !!! The whole modern day definition, attitude and concept of what it means to be "a woman" is changing everyday and we may already be much closer to "the goal" than you might otherwise think!!!  cheers :angel:

Back in my "father" years, I was regularly buying new bras in different sizes for my two daughters for about 14 years.  Considering they are 6 years apart in age you can do some simple arithmetic and see that each one took more than 6 years before they achieved a stable chest size, or in one case, simply moved out on me and began buying her own bras. We will not develop any faster than a natal female will even with megadose horomones.  We reset and start a clock when we begin taking them, but you do not do two months of growth in a single day with one E shot.

At a bit short of 4 years on E, my breasts have developed to the point where my doctor ran a mammogram on me and found suspicious tissue in one.  A needle biopsy later, and we find it was benign fibrous tissue, but I was afraid of losing my breast at the rate some people wish to grow them.

You have caught me in a somewhat wry moment on the subject.
