i legally changed my name and gender in british columbia canada
however i went into and casino and was asked for id i produced a valid drivers license my name was checked and id was returned
i sat down at a machine and approx. five minutes later a female securtity guard approached me and asked for my id i gave it to her she went away and came back and returned my id to me
five minutes after that i was approached by a security supersvisor who again asked for my id when i asked what was going on he said the strip on the back of the drivers license was in my old name and my id presented as female so he thought i had made my own license
i told him the id was legal as it could be and that i would leave the casino because this was unnecessary harassment and an attempt to humiliate me so i wouldnt stay
should i file a human rights compaint or let it go and change my name and gender back

No. Go back to the drivers license office and have them correct the info in the magnetic strip.
