Title: how to get both letters for ftm bottom surgery

Hi! I was wondering how you would get both letters for bottom surgery if you are seeing an online therapist? Would I have to see another one as well?

I know for MtF, they have to be from two separate therapists. However your therapist may have another associate who could write the second for you.

well the place i;m going to get bottom surgery at, states this " If the first letter is from a person with a master's degree, the second letter should be from a psychiatrist or a Ph.D. clinical psychologist, who can be expected to adequately evaluate co-morbid psychiatric conditions. If the first letter is from the patient's psychotherapist, the second letter should be from a person who has only played an evaluative role for the patient." but if i see an online therapist because it's more affordable for me, would i have to pay for another therapist, when i can barely afford one?
