So im wondering if anyone has any advice for dealing with depression surrounding dreams. Sadly they aren't the shopping for a million dollar car but are extremely sexual, or involve me looking down and seeing a beautiful feminine body....and no penis either. I will admit that when i first started dreaming of myself as a female, probably 3rd grade, i was really shocked and confused. Now tho they just get depressing because that goal of successfully going from male to, female seem so.far away if not impossible as i get older.

Get up quickly and get busy with something. Read, browse the Web, anything that uses your brain. Precisely the opposite of the recommended way to remember one's dreams best. Should help you not remember them so much after you wake up.
Apart from that, I don't know... Working on your mindset so that you see those as inspiring rather than depressing? But that's hard, I'll admit.

Kariann, you are beautiful and feminine, as feminine as you need to be. Your body may not be the form you want it to be right now, but it's your body, you are 100% woman and 100% feminine. That makes your body feminine too.
And please remember, all women are beautiful. The state of being female entitles us to claim and savor our beauty and that entitlement is not subject to anyone's arbitrary view of what a woman should look like.
In short: You are a woman. Therefore you are feminine and beautiful. Your body is yours. Therefore, it too is feminine and beautiful.
