I am very sensate, its hard to describe, maybe sometimes I'd say feels like ticklish, my best explanation is you will have to experience it to completely understand, everything feels natural now to me.
1 to 28 is this 1 us dollar is equal to 28 baht, so when looking at something in baht I would take that number and divide it by 28 to get a general idea as to what it costs example is say its 1000 bhat I would take 1000 and divide it by 28 and it would equal what it would be in us dollars so (1000/28=35.71) this is on the shallow scale but it gets it somewhat understandable as baht varies daily.
healing , the dr said by 2 months I could resume sexual activities but I waited till 3, and said would be fully healed by 1 year.
I would also recommend getting the blue, green, orange dilators from soulsource enterprises, as IMO at 3 months the dilators that chett provides become sub-par and the biggest is that of the blue , now dr chett didn't recommend me going up to the new dilators till at least 6 months but I had no issues by the 3rd month and by month 4 am using the orange.
also for help with food look for another thread of mine that talks about food in Thailand

well my bf doesn't know :D and sex is out of this world, I wasn't sexually active before but I might just be to sexually active now lol
first thing off the plane was home and dilate for an hour, than went out and ate with friends and got some sleep as the second day I seen my doctor for my hrt and an inspection , 4 days later I hopped on another plane and went to my moms for 3 more weeks so I could heal.
panties were great, , jeans took a while but they fit awesome now, and so many other of my cloths as well- during my down time I re-fell in love with dress's and my mom bought me a ton of new clothing while I was at her place ;D
thoughts after waking up, first time I awoke -tears of joy, hugging the doctor and thanking him. just happy very happy and glowing is the best description, I was only awake at first for maybe 10 minutes than I passed back out the next time.... well that another story with my current health issues and not taking my meds for 12+ hours the next time I awoke was scary and worse pain ever, ended up puking than for 48 hours I was in critical condition :-\ but everything came out great! I will not I had better pain meds than what the doc gave me with the exception of the injected Demerol/idkw cocktail , I mentioned to someone else if you can get a script for Norco 10/325 from you pcp I would do so, also buy extra antibiotics , you are over there, they are legal over the counter meds, and if your on oral meds get yourself some patchs for after the surgery, not gonna get into that here as its forbidden to talk about hormonal meds :-X hope this helps ;)

as soon as I got back to the hotel I had some mobility, so not sure if it counts, now after the catheter was removed and I had a shower I felt great and ended up going downstairs, and well I ever did it that day.... so prob about a week in the hotel and I was able to do a lil parade ;)
something I will say which I don't know if it will effect you the same way but...
Whenever I looked in a mirror before srs I could never see "the girl" I was/am it always seemed foggy and while I passed I just never saw myself
well about 2 maybe 3 days in the hotel, I was in my big sleep shirt, hair totally nasty and in desperate need of a wash, still with my catheter in as I was walking from the bathroom, out the corner of my eye I caught her! and I stopped. all of a sudden I saw her, I saw the girl and that girl was me! there I was in panties and a huge sleeping shirt hair a mess, holding a cather bag! and unlike every other time finally what I saw was clear, it felt like some sort of Zen and waves of happiness out flowed and covered me.. it was one of the happiest days of my life and I will forever never forget it.. I don't know if it will be the same for you girls but if it is cherish it, as you earned it!

Hi Arzu
I'm booked for Feb 27. Seems a long way off right now. I haven't really got my head around it yet - especially the logistics side of things - and I have some pressing priorities right now to get through first
Would be great to connect with some folks who'll be there at the same time!
Cheers and see you over there!

So happy for you ladies scheduled in February, it sounds funny to say but I have such fond memories of my stay(s) in Bangkok! I went to Dr. Chet for myself in 2008 and have been back twice as a support person for other folks. I'm new to this forum but hoping to get more connected. I'll try to stay in touch and am happy to answer any questions. Feel free to PM or email me. I also set up a little blog for myself at www.transitiondoula.net which has some stories from my surgery. I've been doing some SRS "doula" type support work over the years mostly as a hobby and am very passionate about helping folks have the most positive, healthy, memorable, and even fun experience they possibly can.
I stayed at the Baan Siri and absolutely loved it. I love that all of Chet's patients stay on the same floor of the hotel, so there can develop a great little community. There were even a few girls I grew close too, we'd dilate together and watch silly cartoons dubbed in Thai! A few folks I'm still in touch with 5 years later (wow has it really been that long!)
I'll never forget the first shower post-op, and stepping out of the tub seeing myself for the first time in the full length mirror just felt so darn good! best moment ever!
I have only good things to say about Dr. Chet and know you all will be in good hands,
Jamie

oh btw if any of you girls like shopping be sure to go to Chatuchak Market on the weekends, it was something I wanted to do but didn't get a chance :/ also be aware you can actually bargain with the sellers by asking for a lower price, there is a lot of good home-made and unique things there, I recommend checking it out before surgery if possible :)

A quick question - but first I hope all those having their surgery progress well!
I've searched around and decided to proceed with Dr Chettawut as my SRS surgeon. I sent a couple of emails to those listed on his website (waiting 4-5 weeks) but never had a reply. I don't know if this is a gmail problem or whether he only replies when the recommendation letter is also sent?
I can also use my professional email address if needed...
Thanks

Hi,
A little update on my op. So far little pain. When I walk up I was so dizzy that I couldn't focus my eyes on anything, they were just spinning like if I was on rollercoaster. This lasted almost 3 hours. But since everything is fine. Worst that has happen, I was vomiting my breakfast, lunch and my medicin at one occation. Appart from that I'm okay. Staff is wonderfull. I have Ros as my personal nurse.

Hello again, just deployed my ass few hrs ago to room 249 dustit.
14 hrs post-op felling mostly ok, didn't vomited at all, everything took 10 hrs (srs + trachea shave) i do not feel that i lost my strenght in arms which are very useful now, to direct any forces away from the "pain power plant".\
Gonna be discharged back to hotel on wednesday 12.

Hi girls,
I'm now in recovery condition being 1 week postop and can't wait to leave my room for a walk in the vicinity. Just to exercise. I'm in room 306 at Dusit until the 24th so feel free to pop in for a chat. If the lamp glow red it's most likely Dil-time. Try later on. See ya.

Hi girls,
I'm now in recovery condition being 1 week postop and can't wait to leave my room for a walk in the vicinity. Just to exercise. I'm in room 312 at Dusit until the 24th so feel free to pop in for a chat. If the lamp glow red it's most likely Dil-time. Try later on. See ya.
Monica
I wish you and the others that are there a speedy recovery and smooth dilations.
Isabell

Hi,
Had my tracheal shave today. Quite uncomfortable to say the least. The smell of burnt flesh in your nostrils luckily it was done in an hour. This op was supposed the be done at same time as my SRS but had to be postponed due to my health condition. I had high bloodpressure to my suprise but now it's back to normal again. Apart from that the only annoying thing left is, I'm spraying my pee over my whole bottom. Hopefully it will be ok once the swelling diminish. Dilating, you just have to get used to it...

Hi all
I was booked in with Dr Chet in Feb but for a number of reasons I had to postpone. So now my date is April 2! Flying over this Thursday!
Feeling a mix of excitment and terror and looking forward to getting it over with to be honest
Staying at the Princess Dusit. Maybe see some of you there?
cheers
Sarah

I had SRS with Chet in February as well. I went to the Bangkok Rama because it was cheaper—at least $600 cheaper—than the Dusit. There were six or seven other Chet patients there in the back row of cottages when I arrived, but by the time I left there were only two others remaining! Are there really so few cheapskates like me opting for the Rama cottages? :P
(Incidentally, I found the Rama's cottages to be excellent for post-op recovery, since they have a lot of room, a kitchenette for cooking rather than ordering food every day, plus area outside that's relatively secluded.)

Unfortunately I'm going to have revision of my surgery on Thursday ~11:00 ICT (skin graft necrosis or sth. looks like pale white tissue, biggest spot found: rectangle 1 x 3 cm near the V opening at on one labias)
Revision seems major, since I'll be bed blinded for all 6 days (to day of my departure) so I will not be able to visit anybody, but You can call and visit if You wish.

Hi,
Well then I'm back home again, jetlagged but ok. I had quite a bumpy ride on my first flight from Bangkok to Frankfurt and although I sat on my donut trying to relax I began bleeding. Not much but enough to make me nervous about stitches tearing apart. Now it eventually stopped and it looked ok so I calmed down. Luckily I had lots of sanitary pads in my handbag. I did send an email to the staff at the clinic just in case. Back home I started my dilation within an hour as the obedient girl I am, trained by Sri's hard regime. No, I really love the staff they're doing such a nice job and having lots of patience with with us "farang-girls". I took my team, Sri, Rose and Noi out for a dinner and some jummy seafood at a local restaurant the day before my departure. They working 6 days a week so they deserve all the appreciation they can get. This whole trip has been such a lifetime experience to me that I will never forget.

Good to hear everything is okay with You Monica.
And I'm waiting for the driver at the lobby, revision surgery in < 1 hrs, FC*K! And I'll again become disabled.
Ok, survived the revision, since it was first time i got a surgery in local I was terrified for whole 2 hrs, wasn't that bad, until they put the catheter in, ouch. But Faith(Rose) was so hilarious, so nice, all the time she talked to me "calm down", "You're a strong lady", and when they were putting the catheter in she was holding my hands and saying nice words to me, this helped a lot, after one month You really get into the point when You treat them as family.
Now ?I'm doped heavily on paracetamol, tramdol and a little of gin (I've found out on myself that very little dose of alcohol, removes the "mouth drynes" side effect from tramadol, I'm Polish so don't worry we are just born with bottle of vodka in hand).
UPDATE (~2,5 days from revision) 00:06 30/Mar/2014 ICT (UTC+7)
So it finally stopped hurting me like crazy since, Magical red pills were given to me and after taking them almost slept over last 36 hrs (pills appears to be strong psychoactive calm-down drug)
For now I can say revision seems to be successful, no more pale white dead skin, but it is stitched tightly (hurts while pushing over the muscle with mr1) but at least haven't lost any of my depth. (Catheter was removed today morning, so ~48 hrs from the surgery) No problems with pee pee at all.
Regards, V

Well I made the plunge and just paid deposit for July 28. However can anyone recommend the better hotel? My current preference is Rama Cottages as I like to cook for myself... but does this make sense for day 5 - 10? Can I take breakfasts / meals upon request?
The reason I ask is that I have intolerance to Dairy products and breads so most 'hotel continental breakfasts' dont work for me.
Thanks

The dusit actual can cater to dietary requirements, and they have a fridge and tea pot in the room as well which is good for tea or ramen. The hotel isn't like well if your from the USA it isn't like a days in, hotel 8 . Etc. I had several alergies that they where aware of and made me breakfasts /meals that were ok with them

Dusit for one obvious reason, your are as close as 50 meter from the shoppingmall Seacon Square were you will find all the goods you need, clothes, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery. A good thing to do once you arrived is to buy lots of water, 15 liter or more, Tom-Yum soups and stuff because when you start the cleansing regime prior to operation and the healing days postop you will be confined to your bed and room. They charged me a total of 46719 Bahts for 1 month and that includes several visits to The Lounge Bar and the restaurant. Last but not least, the lovely poolarea. I got a nice tan. So Dusit it is.

Hello all
A quick note to say I am 4 days post op and still in the hospital. I had the bandaging removed this afternoon and got my first look at what I called in my head 'the carcrash'. What I saw was very swollen, red and inflamed but recognisably a vagina! I had been curcumcised and required an additional skin graft but for all that the result even in its current form (it aint pretty!) is an amazing result. They touched my clitoris with a cottom bud and I nearly hit the roof - not what I would call pleasant but proves I am sensate!
I have experienced a lot of pain that I have had to tough through till the next dose of painkillers but everyday is better and better
Tomorrow morning I go back to the hotel for the next stage of my recovery - my world has come down to small milestones!
Anyway, so far so good and I am very happy!
Oh, and a shout out to Veronique! Sorry I didn't say a proper good bye. Hope you got home ok! :)
Cheers
Sarah

I'm fine, thanks
Even lufthansa strike didn't stopped me much (was @ home only 3 hrs later)
Sorry to hear that, so as I You are unlucky with the pain :embarrassed:
When You'll be back to hotel to keep pain on managable level, maybe try my method:
Write down time of taking each and every tramadol and paracetamol pill, so You will be able to take next dose in such way it will hit You before last dose will go to 0%, so You will be almost constantly on mild/moderate but manegable pain level.
Sample times for me:
Tramadol starts to take effect 10-15 minutes from taking the pill, with full effect after 30 mins from taking, painkilling effect lasts for around 5 hours from taking the pill.
Paracetamol starts working around 40 minutes from taking the pill, and lasts similarly to 5-6 hrs from taking the pill.
So for first days in hotel if You feel bad to really bad I'd suggest:
2x paracetamol pill
1x tramadol pill (upgrade to 2 pills in case of severe pain)
each 4,5 hrs.
Maximum recommended intakes according to many publications I've read:
Paracetamol (short term <7 days treatment) 4-5 g /day (8-10 x 500 mg pill)
Paracetamol (long term treatment) 3 g /day (6 x 500 mg pill)
Tramadol, always try to stay below 400 mg/day (8 x 50 mg pill)
This should help You,
XOXO, Vero

Final confirmation came through over easter so I just have to book my flights. Is it really necessary to take extended Visa or is the normal 30 day one sufficient (fly in 24.07, operation 28.07, have to fly out 21.08 or 22.08). From everything i have read this seems to be acceptable; any hints would be helpful.
Good luck to those out there currently and recover well for those now at home.

Anyone at Dr Chettawut's now?
I haven't heard from them via email for a while now, despite a few email '->-bleeped-<-s'.
As much as I am convinced to go with him as my surgeon, this is quite a turn off.
Considering they had time revamping their website and uploading new Youtube videos.
P/s: I have wired money to secure my surgery date. If this is the kind of service I'm getting even before we meet, I'm really not sure what to expect. Hopefully it's a technical problem but i really doubt so. :/

Ms Som appears to work part time. So sometimes it takes a while but then replies come all at once. Seems to be normal. Unfortunately.
I also had issues using Gmail / hotmail - only emails sent from my professional account for through reliably. The rest disappeared Into the ether.
I had problems with electronic transfer - the Swiss Post Office accounts seem to use a 3rd party bank: so all personal details and messages are scrubbed even though I used BIC / IBAN as they suggest. This is the only country I had problems with - all other international transfers just work. It takes time to track the transfer but my deposit was "found" - and I am just awaiting final confirmation for my final payment (fingers crossed).

I am with him right now, did SRS 2 weeks ago. Tomorrow I have my final appointment. I will talk to Miss Jitada about you. I had the exact same feeling before and worse I got scared I was scammed. They take a while to track your money before getting back to you. Furthermore be aware Miss Jitada works on part time basis and replies in intervals of every 3 days. Once I even had 1 week to wait. This might be the only 'unprofessional' part and I complained about this to her since day one and she explained to me how it works. Besides that I can guaranty your surgery outcome would be excellent just as mine right now, very satisfied. Dr Chett is a perfectionist and will do his best.

My surgery went great on the 17th. Will be back at my hotel on the 21st. Everyone at the surgery center has been terrific, both Dr. Chettawut and his staff. I feel very well taken care of.

P.S. Ms. Som is definitely here in the office; I have seen her 3 times this week. Her English is excellent so don't hesitate to call her if you are having problems via email. They are just very busy.

Thanks girls! Som has replied me (using her personal gmail account!). I'm relieved this is a technical problem...and I do suspect it's their official email since i've had no problems receiving other emails through my personal gmail.
Anyhow, thank you girls for the reassurance. Didn't know there are so many there now, good to hear that you all are happy. I am booked for December this year.
Do update us with your experiences and results!!!
Meanwhile, congrats and speedy recovery! xx
P/s: i am so much more assured of my choice! Wish I could do both FFS+SRS on this trip...sigh but no moolah :(

I'm tentatively booked for December too. I still need to look at the hotel more (I'll be traveling alone and from what I read that might be easier), and pay the deposit. Exciting stuff.

Quote from: RachaelA on June 22, 2014, 07:50:59 PMThe Dusit Princess is a good place to stay if you are solo. I brought about 4 dozen high quality protein/nutrition bars and fruit/nut bars with me from the US to help me get enough protein while confined to my room, supplemented by some groceries from the Tesco supermarket in the Seacon Square mall next door. Room service is reasonable - you can eat a lot of quality food for $10 - $12 per meal, or less if you are not queen size like me. Make sure you stock up on bottled water when you get here, and it is helpful to stock up on heavy flow panty liners too. You can buy bottled mineral water from room service, $1 for 600 ML (about 17 oz.) Oh, if you can bring from the US some quality probiotics that are room temperature stable, it will greatly help your comfort during recovery. Happy bowels = happy girl.

In Rama hotel I was receiving 2 bottles of 500ml free every day. The garden is very peaceful and relax and smells very good with a lot of flowers. Supermarket just a few meters away however you might not be able to move at all once operated (srs) around 13 days(my case, or even more), I was told the nurse called Si goes to the supermarket to buy if you cannot move.

@EvolvingBeauty
How's everything? I'm so happy for you! I will be staying at the cottages too (cost aside, gives me a more ''homely'' feeling e.g. the gardens vis a vis a ''hotel room'' cold lifeless).
What I'm really dreading is having to stay for 25 days post op. I know from a medical point of view, that's good but I just wish it was shorter. I mean, i could REMAIN IN BKK for 25 days but not being restricted solely to the hotel/cottage. For one, I could save a lot more $$, and more importantly, I can at least move a step closer towards ''being home''. I just feel like being there (or anywhere for that matter) for 25 days straight having nothing much to do isn't very healthy.
Do update us on your results! I can't wait for mine come December. x

He would like you to stay a minimum but if you have to get back well, there are exceptions.

Probably about time to say that I'll be there from August 15th to Sept 11th with my surgery scheduled on the 20th August. For now I'm booked into the Dusit but am having second thoughts about that as, for my well being, I really need to be able to get outside. From that point of view the cottages at the Rama look like a very good proposition both for access to the garden and from a catering point of view.
I know a French girl who is doing her surgery on the 25th (arriving 20th) and who will be coming with a mutual friend so that's at least two of us there during that period.
There is also Mel who is doing her surgery 3 weeks before me but who I will certainly see over the few days before my own surgery. Anyone else?

Hello! You are not forced to stay 25 though that's what is recommended. If you are confident you can walk before 25 days you can ask Chettawut to release you earlier. There are very big alleys and gardens of other rooms, you can walk there and look at the other gardens as well. It's so beautiful. To kill time while convalescing you can watch the cable TV there with various channel and internet WIFI is free. I wish you goodluck and your in good hands with Dr Chett. I might be back during those time too for FFS.

To be honest, if I had of known of the free Internet I may of changed my mind that being said I did enjoy they Dusit very much, they have a beautiful pool, dining room, and a patio area with plenty of flowers and shade form the sun. Also with the discount, and 4 free days it equaled out nicely in fact it was very close in price that was the final deciding factor at the time.
My reason to stay at the Dusit.
1. It was the hotel of recommendation by Chettawut
2. After the free nights and deduction and breakfast in bed( so miss those little pancakes with blue berries and syrup, also the mini bananas)
3. Next to the biggest mall in Bangkok
4. Internet
I actually didn't expect to meet anyone there as well which was another reason, but I met someone when I went to the lounge the 2nd night there to watch the nightly singing and music and then kinda became the hub for meeting people at the time lol, didn't even use my psp I brought with me lol, if I go back I may choose the cottages, but who knows I do plan on going and visit/vacation there for a week eventually.

Ok girls, now y'all are giving me some hope. I mean I was told I HAD to stay a minimum 25 days for SRS (and i think 22 for FFS and 28 for both).
I think what I meant is being stuck at having to stay at the hotel/cottage...not literally being stuck within the room. Not sure if I make sense but essentially I'm trying to say that I shouldn't be required to stay at the partner hotels....for the entire duration.
Dr Kamol for example, discharges you and allows you to stay in BKK for XXX days, offering you to stay in his medical centre AS AN OPTION.
Ideally, I would wanna leave the cottage after stitches removal etc. and move elsewhere/home. Then, returning to the clinic for follow ups every other day.
P/s: I am in BKK for about half a year and hence have accommodation on my own! So it's not just $$ saving but being ''home'' too.
Have a great week ahead girls! x

The hotels are used for those coming in and out. To ensure their nursing staff know where to go on their rounds. And where you are in case of a problem. But I'm sure if you explained where your own place is that they would accommodate you...

You'll only really be hotel bound for 5 to 10 days usually the later if they don't feel that it would be wise or if it may pose a risk, after those days you can go to the market or shop in the mall if you wish. I went and shopped at the mall and brought back a wardrobe lol, well almost. As for the stitches you'll still have those till 5 weeks, which they will come out on there own as they are self dissolving stitches. I'm sure if you live in bkk they would accommodate you or may start seeing you as out patient, if you are near by or local you can always call and they are more then happy to talk to you, they probably mention how some girls are crazy (prob me and a couple others, like this one girl who right after cath was pulled she went over to mcd's and basically bought a heart attack in a bag) lol, but try not to pay no attention about that.

Thank you for clarifying!
Did you Chet girls specifically discuss with Dr Chet what you all wanted in terms of appearance? I mean like say, bigger clitoris, lips and other aesthetic concerns?
It seems to me some of his patients are unhappy in that he didn't give them what they wanted. Although I also read about some who were really happy about the appearance. Personally, I like everything to be compact and neat looking (the first case in Dr Chet's website now), instead of the obvious and hanging ''lip like'' structures.

It's a good question. Actually one I have not considered at all - I'm going with no expectations other than a realistic sensual result. Touching my nether regions / groin was always more erogenous and I hope that this experience is maintained / enhanced. Depth is not my highest priority - so I would have to say - sensual and natural looking.

Thank you for the replies. I have no doubts about Dr Chet's ability to achieve sensation and depth (groin graft or not regardless). But appearance is the tricky one - since beauty is subjective. By no means are larger/hanging outer labia abnormal, since many genetic females have them. But it's just a personal preference i guess. I've waited for so many years - i think i should decide what I wanna see for the rest of my life - hah!
P/s: I am superficial like that - but pornstar/airbrushed/barbie vaginas are exactly what I'm keen in. In nicer terms, small, neat, and compact! ^^

He will discuss your expectations, he asked me what I expected or what was important to me before the surgery. My answer was I wanted a very natural result, with sensitivity and have the ability to have Intercourse if wished. I didn't tell him I wanted big labia blah blah blah. He promised he would do his best to give me what asked. In the end the result was everything I could have asked for, my vagina looks very natural and sensitivity is definitely there, I'm not just satisfied but my boyfriend (who doesn't know) has no complaints ;D
IMO some of the girls go in without realistic expectations, they think they are going to get a porn star vagina, which isn't the case, Dr. Chettawut makes a vagina that is fitting and natural appearing for you body. Not sure how he invasions it but he does a fantastic job of it, another thing I have heard is if you are getting a BA he likes to go on the bigger side.
While you are there I feel Dr. Chettawut treats you like family, and because of this he sometimes takes the wheel of "knowing what's best" he did so with me and I gave him my trust, and I'm very happy today for it, he has made me complete.

This is definitely the ultimate operation for any of us and the only thing to focus on is a proper healing and pray that you will not suffer from necrosis or infection. Lips, depth and a natural shape, well thats just the bonus side of it. I'm now 4 month postop and doing fine, all swelling is gone and I ended up with a nice little pussy with 6 inches dept and small lips. I think I got luck so far. Only thing is I never felt so tired before like this past 4 month but then again I went back to fulltime work after just 5 weeks.

Dr. Chettawut: ok how about depth
Person xxx: I would like 15"
Dr. Chettawut: What?
Person xxx: Well I plan on having sex with horses so, ya know gotta have a deep and natural looking one, don't want them horse's knowing any different
Dr.Chettwut: What?
Person xxx: you know, donkey show?
Lmao that would be hilarious, like one of those candid camera moments lol, but in all seriousness, I am sure Dr. C will take care of you, and I am glad my "off we go" thread was usefull
Well calico...
I followed your advice. And when asked about expectations... Our conversation was pretty similar to what you wrote... Well the first part. Then when I said 15" inches he looked at me and we both laughed - knowing it was a joke.
Having had irritable bowel in the past (On E it calmed down massively, back on Pre op T it wasn't so happy) there are definite risks to depth. As he explained it is related to how well the tissues can be easily separated internally. Even added infections can have an impact. He will do his best but he will do so safely.
Be reasonable in your expectations. And relax - his team seemed really great.

Is this going to just become some form of running joke xD
Poor Dr Chett, every girl from Susans from now on asking him for 15"
All the while thinking
"Where are these girls coming from?" x'D
So random question for the girls that have been. I have heard some peeps talk about how you can request and customise certain things about the finished product with certain doctors...like clit size etc. Does Dr Chett do this as well? And if so what has been your experience with it?
So many girls are obsessed with depth, but given the choice, I would choose aesthetics over depth any day of the week! So if I can customise that to some extent...then I will be a very happy girl! ^^

He will discuss what you feel important and try to accommodate you within reason. That being said he tries to give you the most natural looking result based on your physical size/age/weight/etc. As long as you have realistic expectations, and you understand possible complications you shouldn't be disappointed.
