This is my second day having a binder. It. Is. Amazing.
I got it from Underworks.com. This is the description provided on the site:
Double Front Panel for
Extra Compression
Two full powerful powernet panels throughout the front provide extra chest and mid-section compression for full binding effect. Made from medical grade 70% nylon and 30% spandex knit, that conforms to your body and moves with you, the tank binder is full length and can be tucked in to your trousers. Made to fit all body types. Wide shouldered, no problem, step into the garment, slide it up and feel that confidence. Undetectable under clothing, Made in the U.S.A.
I wanted to know if anyone has any experience with this particular company and how long you think that it will last me.
Thanks! ^.^

I have the same binder and have had mine for a year. It is worn 4 to 5 days a week. As for how long it will last, I don't know. Currently mine shows no signs of wear. I wash mine by hand & let it drip dry, maybe that helped?

Mine's 2 years old, not daily wear, and it definitely isn't in best shape- fraying, stretchy, less compressive. I should have replaced it sooner, but I didn't. I still wear it though, when I don't need as strong of a bind like under loose clothes or under layers.

I have two from them that I rotate constantly and have gotten a couple of years out of them no problem. Washer, dryer, swimming, etc. I got a new one last summer and haven't even worn it yet because the other 2 are so "broken in" and comfy!
I think it's like shoes. At first they're stiff, you have to make friends with them...then they are broken-in and perfect for a long time, then they start to go but you cling to your old friends till they're falling apart and threadbare!

For me, 6 or 7 months and it doesn't start to bind very well. I'd say replace it after a year.

I had a double front black binder and it lasted me 3-4 years. I don't remember if it was my first or second binder but it lasted forever. I wore it everyday, washed it almost everyday. Sure it got worn down, and it lost a lot of its compression but it still worked for me.
but then again, I never needed enough compression to wear tight T shirts

I have a set of six binders that I wear daily, all day (and for awhile, I was wearing them at night as well). They're three years old and they're still holding together (one of them ripped on the bottom, so I cut it off the bottom fabric and just wear wife-beater over it. They're starting a yellow and pill in the stitching. I'm thinking about starting to replace them.

The 997, right? They will start to stretch out and loose binding effects after a few months, it'll take longer if you cycle between multiple. adt2010 on YouTube does a lot of binder reviews and says the 998 will last better in the long run. I've had my 997s for over a year, and starting a few months ago I had to double them just to get the same effect as one new one.
